Audrey Brown
Audrey Teuki Tetupuariki Tuioti Brown is of Cook Islands Maori and Samoan descent, born in Rarotonga and raised in South Auckland. She has lived in Samoa in recent years and works in the Vice Chancellor's office at the National University of Samoa. Her first collection of poetry, "Threads of Tivaevae: Kaleidoskope of Kolours, A Collaboration of Words and Images with Vernoica Vaevae" (Wellington: Steele Roberts, 2002) is being followed up with another poetry collection currently under onsideration, "Blind Tongue".
