Really enjoyed seeing the history of Red Mole shows and noting
the who, what and where of it all. I first saw Red Mole in Wellington in the
mid seventies and often in Auckland as well as at festivals. As a mask
making/wearing performance poet myself I always celebrated their contributions
to the fabric. During my frequent travels through Europe and North America I
have often encountered people who have seen Red Mole shows. Particularly in
Amsterdam, New York and Santa Fe/Taos areas. They have had a considerable
impact wherever they have performed. I was saddened to hear of Alan's death
