Big loose Perry Ellis blazers and pumpkin
sashes, flared skirts - these are
the currents the summer's political gestures
Paris off beam a moue a fichu
on the young woman that blooms
left in the photograph upon a slow draft,
somebody puts a flag together..
cunningly ruched their mustard/royal
blue shoulders.. Turn up on any day
take in the chalk of raw cottons
with your papers in the park rough
cummerbunds touches like that Willis around
Mykonos its brindled landscape of plasterhouses
and blue bleached cambric
